I see, do you combine them manually then or do you use something like a stitching program?

I combine them manually. I'm self-taught on photoshop... so if there's a stitching program out there, I'd be very interested in checking it out.

The only one I've tried is a canon application called photostitch, but I'm not quite happy with it. Light often changes for different angles so if you take large panoramas, the stitching may be visible if you look closely...

I'm very hands on and will probably continue to do the combining manually. I like to print and flaws show much more readily in print than they do on the web.

Indeed that's why I never submitted a stitched panorama from that application for printing, it just doesn't cut it
